ITIL® Service Management Assessments
A baseline assessment is important in determining the ideal starting points for improvement. Over a two-week period our consultants will:
- Hold kickoff, mid-term, and closeout meetings
- Meet with the I.T. Sponsor and related staff for the upcoming engagement to set expectations, update progress, and deliver the final product
- Set schedules and conduct interviews with key personnel
- Work with staff and managers to free up personnel for a period of 1 - 2 hours for an interview about the I.T. environment
- Gather data pertinent to the assessment report
- Analyze data found during the interview process and through discovery
- Write the assessment report
- Write, edit, and finalize the final report for delivery to the stakeholders of the project
- Provide specific improvement plans to move forward
- Provide a customized plan for your organization based on the findings in the assessment
ITIL® Service Improvement Programs
A concise program built specifically for your organization and your immediate and long-term needs. Our consultants will work cohesively with your I.T. team to design, test, and implement strategies and solutions to better your I.T. Service Management. This engagement is entirely customizable and includes:
- A minimum of eight weeks - actual time is based on how many processes are included, as well as how broad the spectrum of work to be done during the Program
- Consultant-led meetings and workshops
- Status meetings, working meetings for discovery, testing, and implementation of processes and service management tools
- Set Deliverables including metrics and measurements
- Documentation, tool edits and setup for measurements and metrics, roles and responsibilities matrix as well as any other information set in the original statement of work
- Other customizable inputs and outputs
