Graham Youngblood, the founder and CEO of Isis Information Technology, has dealt with most types of business networks that exist today. He currently specializes in Microsoft and Novell network support, email and workstation support.
Graham received his Bachelors in Business Administration from James Madison University. He has been working in the information technology industry for over 10 years, working in various computing environments, including with TRW to support the extensive network of the U.S. Postal Service. Now he can provide computer and network consulting and support for your company.

 Bryan Kaufman
Small Business Managed Support Technician
At Isis I.T. our goal is to make sure that we communicate with our customers so that they understand what we are doing. Bryan excels at that communication. He is often on the phone talking to customers and makes sure when he visits that they are filled in on what is going on with their computer issues.
Bryan is A+ certified to work on hardware, and spent two years working with a major electronics store computer repair center. He specializes in malware removal, troubleshooting and high-performance hardware work.
He has obtained his 2-year Associate of Science degree and is pursuing a High Performance Computing degree. When he's not hard at work he enjoys distance running, basketball, PC gaming, movies and art.

As Director of Web Technologies, her focus is on helping companies create or refine their presence on the Internet. She also manages web and email servers at our office. She provides network and workstation support for a variety of small businesses and she wants to help your business run smoothly.
Gwen has been working with Isis I.T. for six years. She has led website projects for companies like GlaxoSmithKline and University Directories. She transferred her skills from the desktop publishing business, where she created and proofread multilingual technical documents, to the web world. Gwen graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
